These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and services of Middle Corridor Trade LLC ("MCT", "we", "us"), registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan and operating from the Çinar Park business center, Baku. By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms in full.

Middle Corridor Trade LLC is an industrial supply and international trading company. Our services include procurement, sourcing, and supply of industrial equipment and materials across the energy, electrical, mechanical, piping, HVAC, oil & gas, and construction sectors. MCT acts as a trading intermediary and procurement partner — we do not manufacture products directly.

All product listings and catalog entries on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Prices, availability, and lead times are confirmed only in writing via a formal quotation issued by MCT. An order is considered binding only upon receipt of a written purchase order accepted by MCT and, where applicable, receipt of an advance payment as specified in the quotation.

MCT reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion, including where goods are unavailable from approved suppliers or where the order cannot be fulfilled within the agreed timeline.

All prices are quoted in the currency stated in the official quotation (typically USD or EUR). Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to change without notice outside that period. Payment terms are as specified in the quotation or proforma invoice. MCT accepts bank transfer (T/T) as its standard payment method. Goods are generally supplied on CIF, FOB, or DAP Incoterms basis as agreed per order.

Late payment may result in suspension of order processing. MCT is not liable for delays caused by non-payment or delayed payment by the client.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith based on information from our suppliers at the time of quotation. MCT is not liable for delays resulting from manufacturer production schedules, customs clearance, force majeure events, or logistics disruptions. Risk of loss passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms. All shipping arrangements and associated costs are as defined in the quotation.

Products supplied by MCT carry the manufacturer's standard warranty, as applicable. MCT does not provide independent warranties beyond those offered by the original manufacturer. Technical specifications, datasheets, and certifications are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change. Clients are responsible for verifying that selected products meet their specific project, regulatory, and site requirements before placing an order.

MCT makes no representation that products are suitable for any particular application unless a written technical confirmation has been provided.

Claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing goods must be submitted in writing to info@mctrade.az within 7 calendar days of receipt of goods, accompanied by photographic evidence and a signed delivery note indicating discrepancies. MCT will liaise with the supplier and logistics provider to resolve valid claims. Returns are accepted only with prior written approval from MCT and in accordance with the original supplier's return policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MCT's total liability to the client in connection with any order shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods giving rise to the claim. MCT is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profit, loss of production, or project delays arising from late delivery, product defects, or any other cause related to goods supplied.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and layout — is the property of Middle Corridor Trade LLC or its content licensors. No part of this website may be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from MCT.

Any pricing, supplier information, or technical data shared by MCT in the course of a procurement engagement is considered confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without MCT's written consent. This obligation survives the conclusion of any order or business relationship.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or any order placed with MCT shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan. MCT will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before initiating formal proceedings.

MCT reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
